This was the cleanest, nicest motel I’ve stayed in in long time. I was very impressed. Everything looked like it had just been built. I can’t imagine how you can change a building from what it was to what it is today. I highly recommend staying here and it will be the place I stay when I’m in town.

The bed was not comfortable, seemed the mattress was old. The TV channels were awful. Didn't even have regular NBC channel or Hallmark channel. Noisy at even 2am. Neighbors smoked so much our room smelled like smoke. Staff was friendly. Room key was turned off at midnight each night. After eating our breakfast, it had to be reset!!

I always try to stay at a Hampton Inn when traveling. Nice amenities and comfortable rooms. This Hampton Inn has been at this location for decades but had been recently updated. The area around the hotel is just ok, but next visit I will most likely stay in the much nicer Madison/Huntville area

Nice hotel. Very clean. Pleasant and friendly staff. A lot of restaurants located near by. Conveniently located about 7 miles off of I-65. That 7 miles saved us $50-$75 for the night compared to hotels located right on I-65 exit.

The treatment was outstanding Brianna the customer service rep, greeted us with love and respect and professionalism, and Tracy young lady in the evening time also did a magnificent job and taking care of us and showing us the way to the pool and all the areas of the property the housekeepers were on point, respectful and extremely courteous as well. Overall, our experience was fabulous. We will use an excuse to come back to this place. By the way, the breakfast was a plus freshly made western omelette freshly made home fries. Everything is clean. The coffee was fantastic and wow wow wow !!!!!!!!

Unfortunately the room wasn’t available until after 6 pm. The cleaning wasn’t completed very well. Stuff on the floor from the previous occupant. Staff was courteous but put in a poor position by management.

I have never left a review for a property but felt I needed to this time. The staff we encountered were so welcoming and kind and the breakfast was good as well. However, for $180 for one night, I felt like we were in a one star hotel. The room was so dirty: stains all over the bathroom ceiling, water rings all over the bathroom sink counter, hair in the tub. An inch of dust on the towel shelf in the bathroom, dirty elevator waiting areas, etc. We stopped here as a last minute stay with our kids on our way through to Florida, but we would’ve been better off sleeping in the car.
