Friendly staff, welcomed me on arrival. I was early so waited in the lounge for check in, and as soon as my room was ready the staff member came to find me to tell me i could check in. Swimming pool area was clean and a decent size. Room clean and comfortable

Check in procedure was a bit unusual for me, if I’m honest. It took a couple of phone calls, emails and having to download their app. That said straightforward once you understood it.
