We thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our property and it is worth clarifying that we have not had a flooding problem in our hotel. The wet carpet was due to our monthly carpet cleaning (deep cleaning) for hallways and rooms to ensure a clean environment throughout. In reference to the smell of humidity, it is due to the proximity to the harbor, the smell that is perceptible along the beach and locations along the harbor. Being a beach area, residents and visitors to the city frequently do their exercises in the surroundings and it is common for them to enter our parking area due to the good lighting or to take a short break. We appreciate your comment and our staff will be more attentive to these details. If there is any other way we can contact our front desk staff in a friendly manner, we will help you.

We really appreciate the time you spend letting us know about what happened from your point of view and we apologize if your stay did not meet your expectations. We made it clear that no charge was made to your account for what happened, to which you explained to us what had happened in the room and you were told not to worry because situations happen, you were very grateful for it and you only paid two nights of stay of 3 that originally were, your decision not to stay the third night was because this location does not have a pool, so you let us know to the front desk staff, it was explained to you by our staff and this website that we do not advertise a pool in our official pages and if we can assist you with anything we will gladly assist you at our telephone numbers.
