"We had a pleasant stay, and the location was excellent for visiting the Warm Springs Pools, which are right across the street. The only issue was our late-night arrival from Maryland. The doors were locked, and the front desk was unstaffed. After we called and left a voicemail, the manager text-messaged us clear instructions on how to get into the property. If you plan to arrive after-hours, definitely call them in advance! Breakfast wasn't quite what we expected, either. A few items are free, but you actually get a 50% discount on the full breakfast price for being a guest. Despite these minor hitches, we had a lovely time. Highly recommend!"

I'd go back when I want to visit Snowshoe, WV or the surrounding area. The property is right in the middle of the village, which is nice. Close to restaurants and shops."
