"The lady checking us in was very bitter. I had asked what time the pool was open (it’s an indoor pool mind you) and she said it’s likely be closing due to storms. When we came back from dinner, sure enough the pool was closed although there was no thunder and lightning or rain for that matter. We then had to call down and complained and she eventually opened it thankfully but again it’s an indoor pool…. She was also smoking just outside of the hotel so when you would walk in the main entrance would reek of cigarettes."

"Everything was great, except we stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned when I asked them if they could. I was in the room with three teens. The only thing they did was leave clean towels. Not what I’ve ever encountered for a 3 night stay."

"We were there for an out of town wedding. The staff found us a place to freshen up beforehand since we were there at midday and wouldn’t be officially checking in until quite late. They definitely made the process much smoother."
