"The room was clean and most of the staff were friendly, although the breakfast hostess was awful. The hotel is also undergoing maintenance so it's dirty and dusty everywhere. It's going to be nice after the renovation but it's kind of disappointing right now. We also had a three night stay with no housekeeping because they didn't have enough staff to just check the room and get some fresh rowels. Yikes. Check out the duck pond out front- that was a highlight of our trip."

"Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Juice at breakfast was out of order so my daughter has nothing to drink cause any choice was coffee. The shower didn’t have conditioner. Had Shampoo, Body Wash and Body Lotion."

"The breakfast was decent but there was not enough seating to accommodate everyone staying that close to a theme park during the off season it would be fine. Apparently I booked an accessible room, I don't know how that happened. I simply went to the front desk and they were able to give us another room."
