"Das Hotel könnte in Teilen eine Renovierung vertragen. Wenig englisch sprechendes Personal aber das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und liebenswürdig. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig und die Verkehrsanbindung ist schwierig, zumindest wenn man kein chinesisch kann aber insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt."

"This was our 4th stay at this hotel, and it is always our 1st choice when we are staying in Shenzhen. The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is awesome - a great experience, every time!
