Was only in Hue for one night but I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean. The older couple that runs the place are the most lovely people. Was also offered a fruit platter and tea/coffee on arrival. Highly recommend.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Great english. When arrived after getting settled in they sat down with us with a map to explain the tourists spots which was very helpful. The DMZ tour and bus to hoi an / da nang organised through the hotel were great experiences. Location is quiet but located next to a great walking district lots of bars and restraunts.

Decent hotel
Had some issues with the air conditioning so I spent the first night at a neighboring property... overall staff was attentive and friendly... the room was nothing special, but totally did the job for the price... the hotel is in an alley, so it is quiet a night

우선 해떨어지면 주변 펍에서 나오는 시끄러운 음악소리, 침대 매트리스가 얼마나 오래됐는지 움직이면 심하게 잡음이 나네요. 소음이 엄청 엄청 심해요. 경비가 정말 부족해서 여기 아니면 안된다는 분 아니면 비추합니다.

Ruby, best stay in Hué
I had the best time here, arrived and got a drink and some fruit. The staff is so helpfull with everything you ask from getting transportation, info about all the sites. And when you go fruit and some buns are ready. Room was very clean even got an upgrade right away, in the center but not noisy. If you go to Hué, and you should, this is the place you need to stay!!

Great stay in a great Location
We had a lovely stay, drinks on arrival and a super helpful welcome with information on Hue and the mini bus that we ended up booking down to Hoi An. We got a lovely, huge room with big bed and tv and fridge and decent shower. Only improvement would be a slightly larger quilt. Breakfast was yummy!

Booked one more night
Booked only One night because we were not sure how the hotel was. Once we checked in we booked another night because we think it is clean hotel. First night got 2 single beds and a double bed. Second night moved to a double bed which was still very clean. Hotel is located off street the main road but shops, bars and restaurants are are around. Breakfast was cooked to order. Staffs are friendly. Condition of the hotel was new and clean. Value for money.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond. Our flight was early and he offered us breakfast an hour earlier than their regular breakfast time. It's a cute family run business. There's a lady there that talks really loudly on the phone when we were waiting in the lobby. She was screaming at someone I think. It happened more than once which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall the hotel is a good option and the staff is friendly. I would definitely come back.

Bardzo dobry hotel w bardzo niskiej cenie. Dostaliśmy duży pokój z balkonem. Pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Obsługa bardzo miła i dobrze mówiąca po angielsku. Starali się robić wszystko żeby goście byli zadowoleni. Chętnie udzielali informacji o atrakcjach w mieście. Zaznaczali na mapie wszystkie miejsca, które chcieliśmy odwiedzić. Opowiadali o Wietnamie i dawali wiele ciekawych wskazówek. Polecamy!

Great location, staff was wonderful and helpful. Beds were ok,wifi worked great in lobby, but was not very good in the rooms. Sometimes it would work, but most times it didn’t or was intermittent. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff made up for lack of that though.

The Nicest Staff
Hong Thien Ruby Hotel is perfectly situated in the old town but also close enough to walk to the Imperial City and the River However, what really makes this hotel are the lovely staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. Showing us where to visit during our brief stay and sorting transport to the airport the next day. Thank you so much.

Hidden Gem
We had an amazing stay - the owners and staff are top notch and really made us feel looked after. Breakfast was great as well, and the WiFi was fast. We would definitely recommend staying here, we certainly will be if we're ever in Hue again!

Séjour en juillet
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées. Le lit était confortable. Nous avions une formule avec petit déjeuner , ce dernier était très correct. Les propriétaires nous ont beaucoup aidé dans l’organisation de nos excursions et transferts à très bons prix. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut aux alentours pour manger ou boire un verre. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Staff are lovely, breakfast is great, room was really nice. One tiny improvement needed: there was nowhere to put the soap/shampoo in my shower. Other than that it was perfect!

とても清潔感があり、落ち着いた内装の部屋でした。シャワールームが独立していて使い易いです。お湯の温度も水圧も完璧でした。照明は全体的に暗めです。
