Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Not what I had expected. The rooms were not very clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. There was no hot water for morning shower, ended up having cold shower. Online reviews seemed decent which is why I ended up booking it. I will not recommend this place.

Elevator was not working. We had a injured person who had to walk up 4 set of stairs to the room.worst experience ever. We ordered food in the room. The delivery noy did not vring spoons and forks and asked us rudely to eat in hands or he will take back the food. Room and bathroom was dirty amd not cleaned
