"I was scheduled to stay 4 nights. After my first night I realized Friday was a holiday so I could leave a day early. I spoke to the receptionist who told me I would still have to pay for all four nights as that is what I booked. When I checked out on Thursday afternoon it was a different receptionist and she told me if I had made her aware prior to checkout I wouldn’t have been charged for Friday night. I explained to her that I had informed the other lady a day earlier and was told would be charged anyway. Her response was, “ she’s new and probably did know, maybe I would have better luck next time”. No offer for a credit on my next stay or anything else. I will probably stay elsewhere next time."

"I parked near the sliding doors. My car had things stolen from it, and it was caught on camera. The hotel staff we apologetic and upgraded for my next stay. But the parking lot is not safe for sure. "
