"The first room we had smelled horribly like mold/ mildew. It was unbearable, so we switched to another room. The second room smelled like someone just smoked a carton of cigarettes in it. "No one cleaned our room, despite two requests - including one to housekeeping who was standing right outside our door as my husband left and promised they’d clean our room next. We called ahead to ask for a rollaway bed, then asked at check-in. Both times we were told the hotel was busy (for different reasons) with no extra beds. When we asked a third staff member, she actually made a request - and there were beds available. It was strange that the first two staff members never even checked....
