"A very good hotel in the very centre of Kolkata. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a Club room which was very spacious. Good housekeeping."

"夜にチェックインしたのですが 部屋の準備（清掃、ベッドメイキングなど）ができておらず、移動で疲れているのに、1時間近く待たされました。"

"Worth the money I paid but outdated interior. The hotel desperately needs a makeover but has massive potential. Ideally located in the middle of new market so sky’s the limit for this hidden gem of a hotel"

"Staff are very good. I ask for extra time to checkout and they give me extra time to checkout just for 800 rupees. thank you. Shopping center 10 min walk. "

"Nice staffs, excellent service"

"Ok Ok...Value for money"

"There was no notification of how to get in if you arrive late. When my flight came in after midnight, I went straight to the hotel. I called the hotel, but nobody picked up the phone. "The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. "
