"The hotel was going through some upgrades so all the Lucy and Desi pictures were not displayed… which made me a little sad because that’s one of the main reasons I wanted to stay there. They were also replacing all mattresses and were unfortunately not the ones that got a new mattress so our sleep wasn’t the best. "

"We loved the property! Three pools and plenty of seating. The lazy river was a lot of fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the cucumber water at the front entrance! The rooms could’ve been a tad bit cleaner.. they were large and beautiful, but there was remnants of sunscreen, fingerprints on all the doors. We loved staying there and will be back next year for sure:)"

"Overall - disappointed for the price. The room, particularly the bathroom, wasn't great. The breakfast setup was very inefficient, and the employees at the bistro seemed very unhappy. The quality of the towels was very poor. Was told that we'd get a $20 credit off of the breakfast one day, and another $20 because the bistro was closed on a second day - haven't seen either yet."
