"I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre.
The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat."

"Loved the location however bathroom very dated. Could not believe given how hot the weather has been it does not have a fridge hence waters provided became warm. Was told people complain about the noise however surely a fridge outway a slight noise."

"The room was in adequate no hooks in bathroom
Mattress was had added layer of sponge on top to form it
Did not do the job instead I felt I was going to fall off
It was very uncomfortable
Very grumpy manager did not want to hear about my complaint"

"Room was TINY. Smelt of toilets and woken by multiple church bells at 5 am. No staff at breakfast time. Cereal and toast. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money."

"We booked here last minute, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were simply incredible and really friendly. We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect! It was the Luxe Double room with sea view, and so worth the money! We are definitely coming back again! Please keep up the amazing work, you...
