property is in need of renovation, shower temperature keeps fluctuating and quality of breakfast keeps going down in Hampton inn properties.

Deck was vacant. Then she checked some one else in our room. They come into our room why we was asleep.
The tub was dirty and I told the person at the front desk and she could care less

No pool/hot tub
Pool and Hot tub was out of service. When checked in made comment about how was looking forward to it and they never mentioned that it was down. Overall rooms was nice. Hot water in shower toke a while to get there and didnt stay long. A/C was noisey but somehow helped as it was a white noise.
This is our 10th+ staying at this hotel. Keep in mind this is no 4 Season or Ritz Carlton but the staff gave me the same level of services. The location of the hotel is excellent to what our need, therefore it add extra bonus for us to stay here. Thank you again for everything
Property is very nice but staff have no professionalism . Asked for bottled water being a Hilton honor member and was told had to pay for it . Never had this happen before . What’s the point of being a member??
Issues with room:
Shower water was lukewarm.
Only one tissue was in the box.
TV did not work properly; unable to change channels. (Turned it off)
Lampshade by TV was ripped.
No Gideon Bible found in room.
It’s sad that your establishment posts rooms and was overbooked and shows that you have rooms and don’t which is frustrating and you cannot refund the monetary amount immediately

Arrived and there was NO room for me-late night and had to search for other accommodations with small children involved! Terrible experience-then had to deal with refund since I had already paid! Supposed to be coming but not received yet! Hampton blamed Expedia…just a BIG mess!
Was very clean, gym could have a few more things : pull up bar.., continental breakfast could have more items. Juice was sour,
Over All ..I would recommend
Front Desk very good but They don’t give anything for the shower And should be. Its a Hampton . Breakfast so Bad . Egggs without any flavor same por Patties. Cereal old or They do not handled properly.
I found big Cockroaches On the wall on the closet and to make things worse no shampoo.
I asked the person in charge at the lobby and they just said sorry

The young man that check me in on Thursday night was very friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.
It was wonderful. We got there a little earlier than expected and even though the guy at the front desk wasn’t able to give us a key to our room because the machine wasn’t working he took us up to our room and let us in with he the master key so we didn’t have to wait. He had our keys waiting for us by the time we left for supper. The pool was great and the breakfast was superb. We would stay there again.
