"Property is quite unresponsive. Staff doesn't seem too happy to be of service to their customers.
I booked a room for three people.
Their welcome "gift" was for two: two tea bags, two cookies, two something else. When we asked for the tea to be replenished, front desk said it was only a one time gift.
Room had only 5 hangers that were attached to the closet (security hangers: only with a ring on top). We asked for more hangers, front desk initially said that's all they have. After many...

"This is one of the best hotels we have been in. The staff were very helpful. The location was great, only minutes walk to the center of Colmar. The design of the hotel is beautiful, colors and the finishes. It’s very quiet location on the edge of a park and good parking ."
