After a long long hard day on the road, Ives’s Motor Lodge was what the doctor ordered. Very clean rooms, friendly informative staff, and a great little restaurant on the property that served the freshest best meal I’ve had eating out in a long time. highly recommend this place

I would've easily given this hotel 5 stars if we hadn't had to call the front desk more then once concerning the persons staying above our room and the horrible noices we had to deal with. I will say that the staff was quick to respond to the issue and it stopped shortly after I contacted the staff both times, but we were again woken up by these people at 4am once again allowing children to run and jump all over the hotel room. It would be nice if the hotel would accomodate families with small children on the lowest floor possible so that others don't have to deal with the banging above them. This way all parties involved are happy with the stay. We all know how children get bored lol Other than that issue, this is an amzing hotel and the staff are gracious, rooms are clean and beds are extremely comfortable. I will definitely pick the top floor to stay next time so i wont have to worry about whose above me.

Some of the electrics were outdated, shower liner was separated from wall is areas. Some mop buildup in corners. Over all I’d say a 4* is about right. The staff were friendly and courteous. Also noted a strong smell of cleaner throughout, it’s a little overpowering at times. Beds sheets linen and beds were very clean and comfy.

Rooms need updating! Looks like Ronald McDonald was the interior decorator for the room. The women at the front desk were great. The bistro is hit or miss as far as service first night at bistro was great the 2 woman there were wonderful very friendly.

I was very relieved by how comfortable and convenient this motel was. I was exhausted from driving back from Canada. They’re close to food and offered a clean room and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay at again.
