Giving this a gracious 3 stars as this place could’ve been a lot better if the business actually invested more time in planning and/or infrastructure. *Business is located in a darkish part of town. *Parking inside covered spaces is very limited and designed for very small cars. If you have an suv or bigger, don’t even try. *”Overflow” parking is shared parking with neighboring businesses. *Pool is located outside of the building and does not have convenient access from the lobby. Pool is not big. Dimensions may be 12’ by 15’. Depth is 3 1/2’ up to 4 1/2’ in deep end. *Room was freezing cold when we entered. Air was set to 63. *Room was clean but floor smelt musty. *Gym area had a treadmill and some free weights that was in a room with an uncovered window so everyone outside could see straight in. Buffet breakfast was the best part about this place. Food was fresh and tasted good. Seating area was a bit cluttered but manageable. This would be a better place if everything outside of the rooms were bigger. Bigger pool, bigger lobby/eating area, and bigger gym.

The hotel itself was neat & clean. The staff were helpful, kind & informative about the area. The pool area could be better, very small pool & hot tub and no kept very clean. Location was convenient to free way, there was plenty of shopping & eateries in the area. Surrounding area had some undesirables & a bit run down.

The hotel was nice. Our room was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The outside of the hotel is kept pretty clean except for other businesses or residential areas. The area looks a little sketchy but it seemed to be safe. We did not have any problems. Overall we had a nice stay.

The hotel was great. Staff worked hard and did a good job. Rooms were always cleaned and breakfast was really good. The pool wasn’t great and could use a cleaning. If you aren’t going for the pool it’s a great hotel.

This hotel was reasonably priced and was extremely clean. The front desk staff and breakfast employees were always friendly, helpful and always hard at work. This was one of the most clean and pleasant stays in a hotel. Thank you!

Hotel was nice enough- commensurate withwhat you canexpect for a Holiday Inn express at $200/night.The parking was very tight.. it's a small garage under the hotel and the support columns of the hotel made the parking tricky. The location was not so hot though.. the Hotel is in a seedy part of town.. Definitely would not walk anywhere nearby at night.
