"Great location. However there is a massive amount of building works going on right outside the hotel currently and will be for some time. There didn't seem to be a place where one could just have an early, simple breakfast. Great products in room and good in room menu."
"The property is conveniently located....walking distance to shops, dining options, minutes from Madrid Rio park. Staff also friendly and courteous. I would stay here again if my travel plans bring me to Madrid next."
"This hotel is a short walk from Atocha train station. Which is convenient for train travel. It was a very short walk from Reina Sophia, which is lovely and Reto Park. The center of town is a little far and required either taxis or public transportation. There’s a metro stop near the Reina Sophia that we used to get around. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. I would recommend it."
"Nice, and welcoming, the breakfast is a blast, lots of variety, delicious and in a wonderful spot: lux;) we had Artist suite with terrace, which is nice, but you can not see anything from it, and it prevents the wind coming in, so it was a useless upgrade from my part. Overall-very nice experience;)"

I loved that the staff was super friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. For example, one morning I had to leave early before breakfast, and they made me coffee and pastries to go. "
