The hotel is perfectly clean, despite allowing pets, there is no detrimental evidence of this. The beds are comfortable, the staff lovely, the breakfast more than adequate, and the location is great. It is not the most luxurious hotel - but you get what you pay for, this is one of the cheapest hotels in Madrid, and I have no complaints. There isn't a lot of privacy within each room, so only share with someone you know well!

The hotel in its self is what you pay for, clean, helpful staff and a good breakfast. The uncontrollable is other guests with no consideration for others. Room doors slamming most of the night. Most definitely the worst nights sleep in a long time.

Hotel 5 mins walk to metro station. Is next to the flyover but there was no traffic noise. I booked the hotel due to the convenience getting to and from Rayo Vallecano stadium and this worked well but it is also close to the main city by metro. I left my plug adapter at home by mistake and they were able to supply me with one. Rooms are compact but clean and the facilities are more than adequate. Can only be complimentary about my one night stay.

Very good on general. The room was very small, ok for one person. Very minimalist design, only a tiny table and a TV. Nothing to boil water, mini fridge or anything like that. Toilet and shower were separate. Not really a lot of privacy using either in case you're sharing the room; couples would need to be very comfortable about having to share such small space. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows a bit thin in my opinion. The room and the hotel were clean and the room was cleaned daily. There was some noise from the freeway next to the hotel, it didnt bother me much but im used to city life. The neighborhood the hotel is located is in a very non-touristy working class area, lots of local businesses with local prices, and there is a subway station (Puente de Vallecas) 5-6 minutes away. From there most toruist places in Madrid are easy to reach since the main sights are on the same line as the subway station. The area seems safe day and night, its just a multicultural working class areas so some people are not used to that based on some of the previous reviews. Breakfast buffet was very good, lots of bread, cheese, fruit, boiled eggs, cereals. Overall a good experience considering the price and location, I would come back.

You always know what to expect when you stay at an Ibis and this location was true to form. Despite the space being small, rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff on duty was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I usually don’t have breakfast but it was reasonably priced so l tried it. I was pleasantly surprised by the good options, the healthy choices and the variety of beverages. Definitely worth the price. I was also very appreciative of the fact that I could check in quite late without any problems. I will return when I next visit.
