"Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti, per un imprevisto dovevamo rimanere solo due notti ma la direzione dell'hotel ha voluto comunque farci pagare tre notti. Camere veramente poco insonorizzate, pulizia del bagno giornaliera inesistente senza cambio degli asciugamani, struttura da ammodernare situata in una zona poco turistica e non ben servita da mezzi pubblici. Non all' altezza di un 4 stelle."

"Breakfast was fine and tasty, however the lady standing there was pointing out the clock letting me know that we had got 15 min. left to eat. Imagine the pressure... Upstairs, in the room the infant bed was broken, so the baby wasnt sleeping properly including us - the rest of the family. The cleaners must have dropped one dirty item when emptying the bin previous day. That was disturbing to see. There is no elevator in the property in case someone requires that. "O local é um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, mas há opções de transporte por perto. Fomos muito bem recepcionados, o rapaz que nos atendeu foi super gentil e solícito. O quarto era bem espaçoso, banheiro limpo, cozinha com utensílios básicos, uma pequena geladeira e fogão e um forno microondas que foram super úteis. A única coisa a melhorar seria um ar condicionado ao invés de ventiladores no verão "

"Smart looking hotel in former convent, in Spain/Portugal this would be a Parador/Pousada but it might need a bit of spruce to get up to 5 stars. Atmospheric place and a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful, location is bang in the centre next to the river, about 10 mins from the rail station."

"The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."
