This was actually my third choice due to price. It was well worth every cent. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Everyone i came in contact with was super helpful and courteous. The room was perfect and smelled so nice. We used the pool and it was very clean. The breakfast options were delicious. If I need a room in Hopkinsville again. I will do my best to be a repeat customer. Thanks to everyone that made my trip so enjoyable!

Fair is fair give me my partial refund

The hotel was amazing. However, I'm upset that I didn't get the room that I booked. All of those rooms were sold out. Holiday Inn would not give me a partial refund for the difference. By i booked a king suite and they gave me a regular two queens. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing.

The property itself is not bad at all. The room was clean and comfy. The big issue was that there was no Internet and no TV. I wish this was advertised so I would’ve booked somewhere else. And three dollars for a small bottle of water is a rip off. All other properties I’ve stayed in the past provided bottled water complementary. And when asked the front desk for a discount because there was no Internet or TV. They said they could not discount because it was booked through hotel.com. Just rude!

The only complaint I have is their breakfast. 2 kids and 2 adults, which led me to pay for our breakfast as it is not free. We went down 40 mins after they opened the buffet and they were literally out of everything. No one around to refill the eggs, potatoes, bacon, biscuits or sausage. I asked the front deak for my money back that I paid for upong check in for breakfast. They were unable to do so because I booked through Expedia. I then asked for a $15 credit for future use (this is what I laid out of pocket for 2 adults to eat) as we stay at Holiday Inn very frequently, however they were unable to do that either. I understand only so much can be done, but when we pay ahead, I expect to have the items I paid for. Other than this poor experience, the facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The room was clean. The staff was TREMENDOUSLY friendly and helpful. I loved it. I travel all over the U.S. and outside the U.S. I think the service at this hotel is one of the best i've ever experienced. In particular, Kenya at the restaurant was phenomenal, and at the front desk, Lou Ann, Taylor and Heather were extremely kind and super accommodating. I will definitely return there to stay. It may become ons of my quiet getaways!
