"Clean room but sooo noisy! Kids running up and down the hallway and up and down the stairs half the night. Then plows were doing the parking lot in the middle of the night but somehow never did the front parking lot where there was a giant ice hole the car had to hit to pull in. Garbage truck banging around the first night for a half hour for two dumpsters.The breakfast was terrible and there wasn't a lot of choice and I paid extra for a top floor room and got stuck back in a corner right next to the stairwell. It was a miserable trip!"

"Lodging was reasonable, but Fancy Moose (bar/restaurant) has really fallen off badly. What used to be a multi-page menu of options is now a single piece of copier paper with 13 options - most of which were actually not available (sorry, out of chicken wings. sorry, out of nachos. sorry, out of burger buns so none of the burgers available unless you want it on a hoagie roll). If you want someplace that actually also serves food, look elsewhere."

"The room was filthy and unsafe. There was exposed wiring and a bag taped over the fire detector. The refrigerator had old food stuck in it. It was dusty and dirty. "

"Front desk personnel were great. Room service food was not as advertised. For a 3 night stay housekeeping only came once to bring clean towels otherwise no service even though requested twice. Coffee maker didn’t work but was replaced upon request. "
