"This hotel looks great on the website but does not live up to expectations. It is extremely tired and dirty. My room was disappointing - dirty carpet, hair balls on the floor, mud and detritus and even nail clippings from a previous guest. It clearly had not been properly cleaned. The Roman blind was broken and held up by safety pins. The carpets were threadbare in places and in the morning I discovered carpet moths crawling under the desk. Dirty marks on the wall by the bed and the wardrobe was...

"My wife and I only stayed one night in this Quaint Inn that has a lovely vibe and we would definitely stay here again. The room was nice, clean and had plenty of tea/coffee. Couldn't sample the breakfast because we were up and away early. However, we did have our evening meal here and can say the food was very good. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We chose the Poachers Inn based on previous reviews and location (being 20-30mins away from Farnborough international...

"Overall: Good stay, but limited food options
The breakfast here was really excellent — fresh, tasty, and plenty of choice. That was definitely the highlight of my stay.
However, the lunch and dinner options are quite limited. The menu is mostly sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and steaks — not much variety at all. In my opinion, the food just isn't worth the price. On the plus side, the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel."

"The room was comfortable and clean. With the heat wave going on, it was great to have air conditioning. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is very close to the town centre and local transportation. The staff were super friendly, kind and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again."
