"We have just returned from a two-night stay, with two mothers and our 11-year-old sons in a 2-bedroom property. The two-bedroom house we were staying in was very comfortable, completely modernised and in excellent condition, well-heated (a huge bonus since it was snowing on this specific weekend), with wonderful beds and everything you could really want. "The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did!
