"We didn't have breakfast but we did have dinner. It was delivered fast but the food quality was ok. Some items were not good. We did talk to the front desk and they compensate us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

Due to my jet lag , I used their main lobby every night for few hours reading seeing the staff in action … also in the mall close to MTR for going anywhere. Would stay there again. "

"The resort is clean and tidy. The rooms are a decent size and ours had a view out to the pool and the lake. The shuttles to the park are very convenient and run frequently. The only downside is that there is no shop on site. We had to go to Tung Chung mall via cab to get snacks etc. for our room. In future I’d stop there oN the way in on the first day."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Eaton HK. The location is excellent, right on Nathan Road and close to Jordan MTR, making it very easy to get around Hong Kong. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the early check-in after a long international flight. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, perfect for a family stay. Overall, great value for money and a hassle-free experience. Would happily stay here again."
