"The pics of the hotel on Expedia is not quite how it is in reality. Shower was very tiny- standing room only and the shower knob was quite inconvenient. My showers were not comfortable at all.the toilet flush on the last day was continuously flushing. It did not stop. The air conditioning was either freezing cold or off. There was no adjusting the thermostat. Staff was nice and room was always cleaned properly. But I would not stay here again."

"Harbourview room is worth it. Really nice breakfast buffet. No hotel lobby restroom so you need to use the one in the restaurant on the second floor - not awesome when you’ve arrived from overseas and just want to brush your teeth. "

"Staff at the front desk were courteous. But certain staff coming to check the shower faucet had an attitude. Unclear instruction on wall switches on “do not disturb “ or “room service request”."
