Used to be good. Now it’s fallen from grace. They removed the kitchens and microwaves. The front desk staff are very rude. Don’t even provide water to you anymore.

As for the experience with our front desk staff, we have addressed this directly with the concerned staff regarding the issue you have mentioned during your stay and ensure that courteous and professional service is provided to all guests. We have provided the Philips Water Dispenser in each hotel rooms for fresh drinking water instead of plastic bottled water in order to comply with the new regulation on Disposable Plastic Products starts on April 22, 2024 and set a best practice of environmental protection. The room rate we paid for a twenty one day stay through Expedia was nearly double what some other guests were paying.
Though advertised (and experienced through a previous stay) as having a kitchenette with cooking utensils and facilities we were checked into a room with only a microwave and a Nespresso machine - not even an electric kettle. After recognising the error, front desk staff were very helpful and arranged for a stove top to be installed.
Staff were most courteous and helpful throughout our stay.
Enjoyed a delightful experience at The Jervoise. The front desk team was welcoming and supportive. The room, exceeding Hong Kong standards in spaciousness, impressed us. A special Christmas Eve surprise gift from the hotel added a memorable touch. Will certainly choose to stay here again.
The 2 bedroom suite is spacious and clean. However, the TV is a bit old and cannot connect to local TV station at first. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Manager Joanne and her team of staff show warm hospitality and always attend to my needs no matter what time of the day. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time when I visit HK.
The stay was nice but it’s a bit disappointing that the shower head holder in the shower room is fixed on the wall (kid’s height level) and not adjustable.
There was a communication problem regarding some arrangements. Also there is a faulty closet lamp which wouldn’t turn off all night and the shower door wouldn’t close shut.
