Everything are ok, except the elevators were really slow, many of the times have to wait for a bit and lots of customers that took quite some time to get back to our room. Location is very good.

The hotel was beautiful and welcoming in the reception areas. Our room was clean, but very tired and dated. The swimming pool was inaccessible and the gym was very run down. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very helpful and the hotel is really convenient for local transport to national parks.

The hotel was clearly excellent in its heyday, the pool and executive club is great. But the rooms could do with no carpet and we lost my daughters favourite toy during room cleaning service. She had it out on the bed and it was a white bunny, so we understand. But wasn’t great.

One of Hong Kong's older classic hotels in a fantastic location for exploring HK. Large Room size and wonderful beds make this a 5 star stay despite the fact the hotel is showing some of its age. With Victoria Park,Times Square, Hong Kong Library, the Tram, buses and MTR close...this is a great value!
