โรงแรมอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีในย่าน Wan
โรงแรมอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีในย่าน Wan Chai เดินทางโดยรถรางสะดวก อยู่ในแหล่งเที่ยวกลางคืน ห้องสะอาด กว้างพอสมควรสำหรับโรงแรมฝั่งฮ่องกง ไม่มี Wifi อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้ ไม่ค่อยสมกับราคา ข้อควรระวัง การไปครั้งแรกหาโรงแรมไม่พบเดินรอบตัวโรงแรมอยู่หลายรอบ เนื่องจากป้ายชื่อโรงแรมเล็กมากๆๆๆ และอยู่สูงกว่าระดับสายตา พนักงานไม่ค่อยต้อนรับเท่าไหร่ แต่ไม่คิดมาก โดยรวมถือว่าดี แต่ระดับราคาขนาดนี้ครั้งหน้าพักที่อื่นดีกว่า

ค่อนข้างผิดหวัง เมื่อดูจากภาพถ่ายกับสถานที่จริง โรงแรมอยู่ในระหว่างปรับปรุง lobby ห้องพักไม่สะอาด โดยเฉพาะห้องน้ำ ยังมีขวดสบู่ที่ใช้แล้ววางอยู่ที่อ่างอาบน้ำ รอเช็คอิน เอ้าท์นาน ไม่มีพนักงานมาหิ้วกระเป๋าให้ ต้องหิ้วไปห้องพักเอง สรุปไม่ประทับใจ คงไม่กลับไปพักอีกแล้ว

โรงแรมทำเลดี เดินไม่ไกลจาก MTR กำลังปรับปรุง lobby อยู่ด้วย แต่วิวจากห้องไม่ดี เพราะเป็นด้านหลังเห็นหลังตึกแถวนั้น แต่โดยรวมเหมาะสมกับราคา เดินไปขึ้นรถรางได้ ไม่ไกลจาก central และ causeway bay

Thanks for great stay. Friendly staff.. Stacy was very helpful in organising room upgrades. I lost HK $2000 in the lobby which was returned to reception and ultimately to me which was wonderful.

我去年七月時覺得很棒, 但這次剛好在今年最冷的那個晚上住宿, 沒有被子, 只有毯子, 所以不夠暖(也可能是我不會調房間的空調), 到早上五點多就被冷醒. 不過服務人員還是一樣親切.

great location for entertainment and transport
have stayed at this hotel on 5 different occasions, always polite and helpful. this time though I had credit card trouble, the banks not the hotels problem, after discussing prob with hotel manager and organising to fix next day or just pay cash, I returned to hotel very late that evening to be locked out of my room and lifts, approached different manager whom wouldn't let me in room unless I paid for the night?????????? paid cash... same prob next day....pretty laid back person but blew up massive, not the right way to be treated.......

四天三夜港遊
香港灣仔皇悅飯店地點真的不錯，到香港各處都便利，飯店品質很好，性價比超高，設施也乾淨豪華，飯店還有提供一隻智慧型手機可在香港使用，讓我們出遊可帶著方便查詢.唯獨飯店wifi有點慢，但住起來還是超讚！

Mitten im Leben + gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
HongKong war sehr ausgebucht und ich wollte gerne für das Wochenende in die City, der Preis war gut (Expedia-Fehler mal ausgeklammert). Es gab ein Upgrade in den 21. Stock (ganz oben), Zimmer wie immer in Hong Kong nicht groß, aber okay! Smartphone für die freie Nutzung war nett, lokale Anrufe und einige Länder (US ...) waren inclusive (Deutschland nicht!). Der Pool war okay, das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt. Frühstück ist sehr üppig - hier wird alles angeboten, was die internationalen Gäste wünschen könnten (von Nudeln bis zum Butterhörnchen). Sehr zufrieden, Service (icl.Tageszeitung) gut, Lage Top (MTR Wan Chai 150 Meter/Tram (Ding Ding) 100 Meter, Busse rund herum. Das Hotel ist nicht nagelneu, aber gut in Schuss!

Horrible experience
Hotel gave us a room with faulty tv set & no aircon, but promised to fix it by the time my dad & I were back at night. However, it wasn't fixed as what they claimed. And forced us to change to a double bed room instead of twin bed for that night, as they didn't have twin bed room available for that night. I had to argue with them and was put on hold for about 10min before they agreed to change to a twin bedroom for us. It was 30min later when we got another call saying the room was ready, however, it wasn't ready and we had to stand/ wait outside the new room for another 10min while they tried to get the room ready. Extremely bad experience, will never stay in this hotel again, considering how they treat frequent/ returning guests.

地點交通方便
房間不是很大但應有盡有，隔音效果不好，但地點真的很方便，免費接駁巴士直接在飯店門口，完全不用拉行李趕行程，附近有惠康超市，整理來講還算滿意!!

Convenient hotel but subpar on service and comfort
Hotel is rated at 4 star but it is only between a 2 to a 3 star in US standard. Only the lobby looks like a 4 star hotel. The hallway is narrow and dim. The room, the carpet, and bathroom is marginally clean. Room service did not give us the two bottles of water on the second day. I called room service, waited one hour and no one showed up. Called the front desk again and 15 minutes later got our water from the room service. We were on the 15th floor and could still hear the music and noises from the bars on Lockhart road. It was not super loud but noticeable. The beds and pillows were too soft. The swimming area was not appealing.

Excellent hotel and staff for our stay over in Hong Kong. Couldn't be happier with the hotel. The Gymi has hopeless equipment.

Location is decent, although room wasn't all that clean. Carpets and curtains are probably have not been replaced or cleaned in past decade. this is a not a 4 star hotel more like 1.5. Towels and sheets all had steins on them and even when they were replaced still the same. The place itself is really old. Room was small but decent size. Either stay at Central or Causeway districts.

Nice Location
Smooth check in. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Staff were nice and helpful when making enquiry. Location is strategic to all shopping malls and eating.

Great Location
Loved the location! Close to so many good and cheap restaurants. Handy to MTR. Staff were polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean but small, however I've been spoil in the past with stays in in Vegas.Loved the use of the free phone where I could call free back to the US. I definitely would recommend this Hotel to others.

軟件不俗硬件舊，位置便利可夜遊。
應該曾經是一間很好的酒店，無奈硬件太舊，床及被已沒彈性，剛入房有一陣很舊的氣味，幸好開冷氣數小時後便沒有此問題。酒店WIFI 大部份時間用不到，提供的手提電話有4G上網，但沒有網絡共享，我完全用不著，真的很無奈。 沒有快速退房服務，退房要排隊。

Good weekend stay
Great location in Hong Kong Island, very close to MTR and airport bus. Clean and good size room, friendly staff. I had requested for a non smoking double bed room and got what I asked. Convenient handy phone to use. Overall good experience and will return again.

Upgraded bigger room
Hotel sign is small that caused us bit hard to find. We got free upgrade to bigger room don't know whether related to my boyfriend's birthday on our check in day. Few guys look like bell boy standing at lobby without greeting or helping guests to handling luggage. Older building and hotel design, but it's still comfortable & big room. The most excited things is toilet shower head with massage function and powerful water jet! Handy phone provided for guests. There's free airport shutter bus stop in front of hotel entrance. Nearby covered by bars which suit to whom like to drink. It's about 10 ~ 15 mins to walk to MTR either Wan Chai or Admiralty station, the hotel located at the middle.

완차역이랑도 가깝고,직원들도 친절함. 바로 밑에 펍이 있어서 숙소에 돌아와서 가볍게 술한잔하기도 좋았음. 그대신 펍에서 음악소리가 객실에도 들린다는게 단점, 또 비품이 바디로션과 바디젤밖에 없어 샴푸랑 린스는 챙겨가야함

皇悅的地點超好, 就在機場快線接駁車的下車處, 附近有惠康, 7-11, ok, 吃東西也方便, 走到地鐵站約5分鐘. 之前看網路評價說灣仔皇悅服務態度不好, 但我覺得他們態度很不錯. 另, 也看到有人寫它只有一部電梯, 現在是四部, 完全不會有等電梯等太久的問題.

Hong Kong Whirlwind
This is a western-style hotel a couple blocks from the nearest MTR/public transit, making it a convenient option for travelers from out of the country like myself. Most importantly, it comes with a free Handy smartphone to use during the stay! No need for a Sim card or international plan - you can make local calls and use any apps (maps or messaging included) without issue! That alone made it worthwhile for me. Beyond that, the hotel was very comortable and had usual western amenities included, such as soap, lotion, shampoo, comb, shaving kit, etc., as well as a few perks like a minibar, free bottled water, and bath robes. The views are also nice - I could see the harbor a bit through my window. The sheets did have a light stain here or there, but overall the room and facility was great for the cost. Wan Chai is a fairly central area on the island, and a few basic stores were nearby if one would need any necessities. I was in Hong Kong for 5 days visiting a friend and stayed here for 3 nights as part of the trip.

下次有機會會考慮附近其他同等級酒店
因為時間緊急，臨時訂了這間價格合理的酒店，可能因此安排到邊間，大小以九龍附近熱鬧的酒店一樣小，兩個人住剛好而已，再放24吋行李打開可能就比較窄了，浴室也許是邊間的關係，比較小間，上個廁所一不小心就會撞到洗手台突出的部分，冰箱結霜很重，裡面冰的東西都滴水濕了。附近交通方便，臨近巴士站、灣仔地鐵站，約步行5分鐘就到，也有到機場的巴士E11 or A11，盧押道下車過馬路就到了，酒店門口也有香港站快線的免費接駁車，對面過馬路就有OK便利商店及惠康超市，買東西很方便，雖然周圍酒吧林立，如同小型蘭桂坊。如果不是臨時訂位時間緊迫，也許下次會考慮附近同等級的酒店，如對面的維景酒店...等等。

Value for money
It is a okay stay. The hotel is very value for money and alright for the amount paid. I just didn't like the walk back from wan chai station exit c as there is numerous pubs and it's very rowdy at night. The hotel has a very nice lobby but the rooms are not in very good condition as the control panels are falling apart. But overall for the price paid I am satisfied.

location: its a 5-10mins walk from wan chai mtr close to the wan chai street market and it is possible to walk to causeway bay or hop on the tram infront of the mtr room: big enough for two to three people. large king size bed, clean sheets soft pillow. it was big enough to open two luggages, ample space for shoes and a large LCD tv with cable tv, a desk and chair. there are smoking rooms or non smoking rooms. A safe and large wardrobe for hanging your clothes. toothbrush, shampoo soap, comb, shaving kit for men and a packet for women which contains items for women like shower cap, nail filer, cotton pad for makeup removal, ear cleaning cotton buds. complimentary 2 bottled of mineral water, bedroom slippers, enough towels for bathing, handtowels, face towels.. its all provided! handwash and tissue... just bring your clothes if you're staying here! bathroom comes with a bathtub too, the space between the bathtub and door may feel awkwardly small but its alright. overall: will definitely return again. staff are polite and friendly. patient. able to speak english, mandarin if you need.

The hotel was very modern and updates.. Only problem I had was that they had these air fresheners on the floor in the hallways. Other than that, the hotel is in great location, room was a good size and check in was great.

非常好
地埋位置很方便,對面街就有電車,5分鐘內就到地鐵站...房間舒服....電梯又多且進入都需刷卡(很安全)...唯一是沐浴用品(沐浴&洗髮)一天才提供1小瓶太少了...還有附近有酒吧有時很晚了還聽到聲音.... 是會再次考慮入住的飯店

Overnight stay
Value for money for the promotion I get! Only paid less less $90 for a 2 twin beds room. Near wan chai mtr. Met few police along the way. Near pubs. Woke up at amount 2am due to commotion downstairs near pubs. Saw a few police cars from the window of 19th floor. Otherwise, the hotel is safe and secure.

Wir haben uns im Empire Hotel HK sehr wohlgefühlt und dank der wirklich exzellenten Lage unsere Termine in kurzer Zeit - sogar meistens zu Fuss - erreicht. Beim nächsten Hong Kong Trip gehen wir wieder in dieses sehr gute Hotel.

great staff
Staff makes the difference. Frankly it is not a great structure but the position and the efficiency of the staff makes the difference. Often - due to fairs - the hotel is far much ovarated. During the rest of the year (not much since fairs are continuosly presente in Hong Kong) th eprice can reach reasonable rates. Party area not suggestable for peace lovers.
