"Clean and large room"

"Rooms were in need of maintenance as things were broken necessitating several room changes. At the very least a new coat of paint was needed and all rooms had broken toilet paper holders. Tables in breakfast area not wiped down from day before. Staff was not sympathetic. "

"Breakfast was ok, lots of choices, cinnamon rolls hot and delicious. Room clean and nice. Beds comfortable, friendly staff. We have stayed here several times when visiting friends in Victor. Really nice. Have not used pool or hot tub . Nice and quiet, we slept well even though the hotel was packed with people."

"WHOEVER CLEANS THE PREMISES needs to be educated in how to clean the room. I cleaned the tub and bathroom before I would use it, it is still stained, a lot of grime came off but it is sanitized as well as the floor and flat surfaces. (A while back I started bringing my own cleaning supplies.) The rinsed towel tells the tale. "Room was not cleaned, I had to ask for fresh towels, there was no hand soap, and the shade was broken so I was in perpetual darkness. Also I asked for an extra comforter and they said they did not have any!! Not a do over."

"Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. "Very charming, clean and also a great historic place. It's like stepping back in time. Good breakfast."

"The room is outdated. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The shower was so dirty that we couldn't use it. The toilet seat moved when you flushed. The fridge had more dents in it than a car from the 80’s. Smelled bad, and the AC hardly worked. Needs major updating for $400 a night."

"This hotel looks a little bit like it's from an old horror movie. Very long dark hallways. We entered into our room and there were splatters of something running down the wall, some sort of white stains all over the bag the blow dryer was in, the bottoms if the doors were all splintered and I could not bring myself to walk barefoot on the carpet. We lifted the mattress up to check for cleanliness and found a used sleep mask. I would not stay there again."
