"Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Lovely building and dining room and bar were tastefully presented. Bed rooms were large and appropriately kitted out. There was some marks/wear on some of the carpets on the stairs and in the room and the pillows were not the most comfortable. However, overall an enjoyable stay within a convenient distance from Brussels etc."
"Súper schönes und neues Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens Zaventem. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Hotel bietet einen Flughafentransfer und hat eine Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück ist super, so wie das Restaurant. Alles sehr schön ynd sehr empfehlenswert."

Toutefois, à notre arrivée, l'on a eue une chambre avec des taches sur le tapis...et en s'adressant à la réception, l'on nous a changé de chambre."
"Checking in was good no problems. But check out. when I needed to check out no body was at reception desk. Had to wait a while and I missed the airport shuttle. The next one was 1hour later… Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. But no shampoo or conditioner. "
"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport.
It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport.
Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine.
A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket.

"This hotel is nothing short of exceptional. All the amenities of its much larger sister hotels but offering a relaxed boutique hotel feel. Service was impeccable and unhurried, staff were professional but not stuffy and really made us feel at home. Under the stairs, the hotel’s cocktail bar is definitely worth a visit. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to staying again soon "
