"Clean room- super comfy bed and awesome shower! "

"The outside area was okay. The inside was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a microwave (didn’t use) and refrigerator. Large screen tv was nice. Water pressure was just okay. Had some issues checking in because I used my initials (which is what I go by) on my reservation and my ID has my name fully written out. The front desk was not going to let me stay because of that. I had to call Hotels.com and finally they changed my reservation to state my full name. Was not off to a good start. Did have some nice restaurants near by and the lake was across the main road."

"What I liked; Location to my daily meetings Clean and Organized Friendly front desk and engineering department… What was questionable; TV wasn’t working (I had to change rooms) Mattress in my first room was supported, comfortable and clean Mattress in my second room wasn’t comfortable and left me stiff in the morning"

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent three-night stay. Despite reserving a non-smoking room, I was initially checked into a smoking room that smelled of stale smoke and had a leaking bathroom. Upon requesting a change, the second room provided also had a strong odor. Furthermore, the room was incredibly noisy due to a rattling AC and vibrations that lasted all night. To make matters worse, my room was never serviced once during my entire stay."

"The swimming pool was not working. The room was very far to walk. I asked for a senior accommodation. The property was Mail maintained, but they seem like they overcharged me because my hotel stay together was only supposed to be 357 and I see they didn’t added another $78 so and it was it was $100 deposit fee to be retired. I wasn’t happy with that."

"I book 2 queen with microwave and fridge because my son has a special needs and he has medicine that needs to put into the fridge And the owner eats special things so it has to be warm up in the microwave On arrival, they said they don’t have queens room that have microwaveis only the king So they switch me to king with asking me is a case of four of us wanna reach upstairs I saw that they switched me to a king. I went back and try to talk to them cause it’s a room of four people they saying there’s nothing they could do cause all the rooms are taken. And give me a blanket and asked me if I could sleep on the floor"
