"We enjoyed our stay and would likely return. The room was clean, everyone was kind, and the breakfast had a good array of offerings. I have two kids aged 7 and 9 who loved the pool. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The biggest thing i appreciated was how quiet it was. The hotel was packed and you never would have known from the room. There are many stores nearby and even food within walking distance. I’d stay there again."

"Breakfast was very good! Pool was nice and clean. Location was perfect (as we went to coral castle and alligator farm). IHOP is right next door, good value for the price"

"Breakfast was good. The staff that provided breakfast was courteous. The man at the check in desk was less than helpful regarding the free laundry listed on their website and trying to get a receipt during checkout. 1 of the 2 beds in the room was completely unusable. It was a good thing we only needed 1 bed. It's too bad 1 person can change the overall rating for the hotel."

"Said it offered a breakfast bar but it turns out you get a bag breakfast. Nothing I can eat since I’m gluten-free and nothing like the pictures shown. No option for a toaster to cook your own bread. nothing but a brown paper bag with an orange, juice box and a granola bar in it. Rooms are very rundown and extremely small TV and you don’t get all the channels. The only plus is it’s location to the national parks "

"I stayed for 1 night and this motel is near downtown homestead. Very little motel and clean. Easy excess to Restaurant and Stores walking distance. Very quiet place to stay. Feel like country home"

"I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’ve never had a problem till now! I went to go get my deposit/incidental and they told me I couldn’t have it because I had a late checkout the day before!? I paid for 2 days? I never left, never changed rooms, never checked out! So how can I have a late checkout fee if I never left!? Well I tried talking to the staff and the women literally went and locked herself in the office just to avoid confrontation.! I told the lady I will never stay her again and she said we would love that!? Who says that to there customers? I let the deposit/incidental go and went back to my room to finish packing my things, next thing I know there are 2 police banging at my door!!?? They told me to leave. I was so confused this hotel literally called the police on me after trying to get my deposit back!!?? This is ridiculous and not how your customer/guest should be treated!!!! My only complaint/advice is if you stay here make sure you checkout before 11am or they will keep your money and call the police to have you removed from the premises.!"
