"Great location and new upgraded property."

"There was parking and breakfast. The room was not clean."

"Staff was helpful. Room could have been cleaner. Location is right off the highway and very easy access."

"We stayed in the full access handicap room. The carpet is nasty and smells really bad. I felt that we packing that odor in all of our things when leaving. "The shops were near bye. The staff was good. No complaints"

"Room was amazing! Hotel was super clean. Definitely would stay here again."

I voiced my concerns through the Holiday Inn Express App and the GM of the hotel called me. From the very beginning of the conversation he was extremely rude...
