"The hotel was under construction. The TV worked for 2 hours. The shower was broken. The hotel was not clean. I smelled cigarette and marijuana on my floor. There was no additional lock on the door. I did not feel safe there. I will be asking for a refund."

Having to exchange our towels to get fresh ones was not a comfortable experience. The fire alarm and evacuation at 5 am the day of our event was unavoidable but still disturbing."
