"The hotel is in historical downtown Spokane, a little hard to find the parking but we were able too, the hotel is amazing in good shape, old and high ceilings, so beautiful. Breakfast was included and there is an elevator. As a travel agent I would recommend this hotel to my clients and anyone that wants to stay in a character hotel. We will be back."

"Love this hotel!!! Everything was beyond our expectations so if you have a chance to stay at one of the Davenport Hotels in Spokane (I think there are 3?) this one is amazing...our friends stayed at the Davenport Grand Hotel near convention center and comparing the two I loved ours for the old world charm and history of the place. Food at the restaurant was lovely and the ambience added such warmth to everything."

"The check in process was awful. Once you got to the clerk he was wonderful. So it was not the staff, it was the management of the staff. Check in time was at 4:00. We arrived at 5:15 there were about seven people in front of us, one clerk. by the time we made it to the counter there were 15 to 20 people in the line. It was a festival weekend so lots of people in town. Two employees came into the area, no one helped they stood at the front desk talking while 15 people waited in line. Totally unacceptable."
