"Be very wary when booking this hotel, the location is great. The hotel itself is extremely old and rundown. The rooms are absolutely filthy, the couch in our room was covered in stains, the bathroom was full of dirt, and don’t take off your shoes on the carpet. Not only that, the hotel has a smoking policy and provides falsified reports so they can charge extra fees, even though there is no smoking in the room. Please make sure you read all the Google reviews before booking this hotel. You will be charged extra fees, and they will not reverse them. "

"Rude staff! I have stayed here before and it’s been okay- not great, but after this last stay, I will definitely not be coming back. Unfortunately I got very ill during my most recent visit and I called guest services to ask if I had some things delivered from the drug store could they be brought up to my room. They said yes. When my items showed they had been delivered, I called back down to guest services and they connected me with the front desk. The person who answered literally told me “nope” when I asked about my items being brought up to my room. She was beyond rude and told me it was against policy and didn’t care what guest services had told me. I couldn’t believe how rude she was- turned me off to this hotel for good. "

"The hotel is very hip in a great location but overall thought things in the room would have been better for the price. The room was super dark due to the odd light fixtures making it difficult to do my makeup to get ready for the day. The AC for the hotel was not yet turned on so on my last night (which was very hot) I just had to suffer through the heat. Finally, the bed and bedding was not that comfortable. The staff was super accommodating when I had requests (safe in my room was not working initially, was provided a fan on last night without AC) but again just thought the property would be a bit nicer for the price."
