"A really great hotel option for an inexpensive stay near Hollywood Blvd. The place was clean, the room and bed were comfortable, and the water from the shower was warm and had some good pressure behind it. The room's A/C worked well and was decently quiet. Their Wi-Fi was complementary and was reasonably fast. They also have a parking garage onsite (basement level, under the motel), though I didn't use it as I had already parked elsewhere. Parking as of April 2026 onsite is listed as $30/day, in-and-out as often as you like. I spent a fair amount to park elsewhere (since I didn't know about the onsite parking until I actually arrived), a block or two away, and if I had to do it over again I'd have parked in the Motel 6 onsite parking garage. Parking is at a premium here and everywhere nearby, as it's a pretty urban area. That's not a knock against the motel - they have their own garage after all. Staff were friendly and helpful. I even had some Amazon packages delivered (food, to save me the trip to a store) to the desk, and they received and stored the packages without issue. I know that sounds pretty basic (shouldn't every hotel do that, without issue?) but I was glad for it nonetheless and wanted to mention it."

"I have been staying in this hotel over the years it was like my 10th time staying there is so sad for me how is been going worst and worst at the point that i suffered a super bad experience with one of their front desk over night agents a guy that was already drunk and his attention towards me was the worst ive ever experience the hotel was almost empty the room he assigned me was unsafe cause the lock doesnt work i asked him to move to a different room and his answer was that if i dont like or feel safe on the room i should go to a different hotel didnt even try to give me a solution arguing with me the whole time cause like i said he was so drunk is so sad for me that i dont believe i would ever stay in that hotel anymore for the super bad experience with that guy cause i always recommended that hotel as the best to all my friends and now i can say is so unsafe parking is expensive the staff members dont care about guests the cleanliness is not the best cause my boyfriend and i experienced rashes when we laid on the bed plus the amenities they offered a so poor on quality it was the last straw for me unfortunately very bad experience 😓"

"This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Advertised as 3 queen beds, but they were definitely doubles. There was excessive loud noise to the point on our room shaking which continued throughout the night and early morning. This happened on both nights of my 2 night stay. Believe this was a long term guest which would affect any guest stay. As the complex is small there would be hardly any rooms where you wouldn’t hear this. I had to get up at 1am to make a complaint, which did not help. Found a live cockroach in the room. The place is in terrible condition. As we pulled up there were drug deals being done on the corner of the street. Sketchy area and poor condition hotel. Do not stay here "

"The Fenix Hotel Hollywood was worth the money we paid for. We reserved 2 queen beds, but the main issue was a funky, moldy smell anytime we walked in the room. The hotel is also located right next to a busy highway, so we would constantly hear sirens, car honks, and other noises throughout the night. Some of the appliances did not look the most clean, but nothing to complain about. I'd say it was an alright hotel stay if you aren't planning to spend much time in the room."

"Oscar (front desk) was extremely helpful and friendly. The area is def sketchy but once we got inside it was very nice and peaceful. Also, the pool was great, my girls loved it! I would recommend."
