"Great spot, great location, really enjoyed the property"

"This was my second stay at the Shell Motel, which tells you I had a positive experience the first time. I was recognized upon arrival and both Guy & Pierre are always so friendly and want to make sure I had everything I need. They offer suggestions as to local resources (e.g., groceries, restaurants, where to park, etc). The pool was amazing and housekeeping somehow knew not to disturb me early in the day and then showed up in the afternoon with fresh towels. I’ve grown attached to this little...

"Musty and mold smelling room, most likely ac."

"Rooms are very clean. The pool and gym area were great and the on site restaurant is very good. The location was walkable to Eataly and many other great spots plus the free electric car service was a nice touch."

"I would recommend this hotel ...nice place and helpful staff.!!!"

"This was my third year staying at this property. I decided to reserve a suite since my other visits went so well. However, this trip was not so great. I waited for the room to be cleaned only to find that when my daughters and I went into the room it smelled like a dog was in there. I was in and out on the first day but on the second day I called the front desk to complain and ask for someone to clean the room. I was out for most of the day and returned to the same smell and unmade beds. The...

"Unfortunately the place is outdated, run down and badly maintained. The area appears to be a high risk area as I witnessed two individuals in the parking lot having a altercation over a dog and there was a man walking the floor my room was on checking door handles as attempting to get in rooms he didn’t belong. I cut my stay short there because we felt it to be unsafe for us to remain. The management was very receptive and only bilked us for the night we stayed. I would suggest look at other...

"Nice hotel, very clean, HVAC works properly. There was a growling machine noise lasting about 5 seconds every hour behind the wall, but not annoying. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and coffee (sausage, eggs, and fruits). Good stay."

"PERSON KNOCKED ON DOOR SAID LEAVE IMMEDIATELY CALLED 911 POLICE. I REQUEST A FULL REFUND."

"Katie Dilbeck is amazing"

"Muito bom quarto. Mas péssimo o horário de check in. Você praticamente fica obrigado a pagar 30 dólares para entrar mais cedo."

"My room wasn’t cleaned fully but its just may be because they’re short staffed."

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Hollywood, Florida! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the hospitality throughout my stay was excellent. I especially want to give a huge thank you to the owner for looking out for me and making sure I had one of the best rooms in the hotel. That extra effort and personal touch really meant a lot to me and made my stay even more special. It’s always great when...
