"False advertisement no laundry put me on top floor when I booked accessible the rude lady at the desk said the bottom rooms are reserved for walk in guest that they charge $100 a night for its musty in there go somewhere else"

"Clean rooms. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Close to downtown Nationwide Arena and softball fields for tournaments. Security cameras on premises. No issues with our stay for 2 nights."

"Excellent and friendly staff. A fantastic, unadvertised feature of this property is the free Tesla charger available for guests to use."

"Smelled like doodoo in the bathroom the moment we walked in. Smell never dissipated"

"The rooms were very small and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I’ll never do this again . not there anyway."

"Visiting Columbus for a concert. Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Easy walking distance to local dining and Ohio Stadium. Bonus was a free shuttle running to the concert venue which I wasn’t aware of before arriving. And we had a haunted toilet 👍"

"Everything was great! Super clean and great breakfast. Pool was nice too!"

"My room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed my shower and the bed. I stayed for 2 nights. I'm local and live 15 minutes from here. The breakfast with the eggs and chicken sausage was delicious. Front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. I've been looking for a local hotel to visit when I want a change of scenery and quiet. I found it here!! I'll be back soon for sure!"

"First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...

"Rooms were gross. Shower was all rusty. Definitely was not cleaned before we were there. Drove 10 hours just to be woken up by staff at 6am wondering if we were in the room?? There are plenty of other hotels in the same parking lot. Stay there instead."

"Curtains were covered in mold (hotel personnel said the black mold that was on white curtains was “sun damage” and not mold), wall under window broken from water damage, bathroom floor dirty, hair in the bed that was not ours, no alarm clock, comforters were melted in places and crusty"
