"Pool was out of order the whole stay which wasn't revealed to me until after I booked the room and then the hot tub quick working the next day. Staff Is more concerned with their phones than working the desk. Asked for a deluxe room and was put in a handicap room instead. Other than that it was ok."

"Parking was a bit crowded this time around (I’ve stayed at this hotel before) but other than that no issues. Staff is great, rooms are always clean but the gym was under construction this time around. "

"Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!"

"The only issue was at breakfast. No juice available the machine was out of order. Otherwise everything was fine for the price level. "

"The breakfast has very little to offer. There was no fruit, only 1 kind of roll, and just strawberry yogurt. "

"The friendliness they’re going over and behind to make sure everything is correct in your room before you check in. I requested the first floor and I got the first floor if you’re an animal lover your love this place because there’s cats outside waiting to greet you and when you came in, there were cats and there was a nice lady sitting in the archway welcoming you in. I highly recommend this place. I’m going back on March 28 and I’m staying here again. I just check to see if I could stay there and I can’t because they are sold out for the day I want "
