"Wo fange ich an, wo höre ich auf? -465€ für 2 Nächte in einem Hotel, das für mich definitiv keiner 4 Sterne würdig ist, nicht mal 3 Sterne! -Aufgrund von Klaustrophobie und somit der Nichtnutzung eines Fahrstuhls, habe ich Tage vor der Anreise angerufen und um ein Zimmer in unteren Fluren gebeten. Bei der Anreise musste ich feststellen, dass dieser Wunsch nicht im System hinterlegt wurde. -schmutzige Handtücher!! -schmutziger Teppichboden!! -schmutzige Wände mit Flecken -schmutziges Bad...

"This hotel provides a good stay but there is nothing fancy about it. I had issues with my toilet and was able to change rooms. The breakfast is okay. More attention could be paid to keeping the warm food warm. If you choose not to get housekeeping service you get a 5 euro gift card. That was a nice bonus and over 6 days I got one every day. You can redeem them for candy chips water or soda I also appreciated the water available in the lobby to fill my water bottle."

"The rooms are not very big however all the necessary amenities are there. We were there on the hottest days of the year and did not feel anything as the AC was working wonders. The staff is helpful and accommodating."

"I stayed six nights. Unfortunately, I was awakened on two consecutive nights by the presence of rodents/mice. On the first night, they ate small chocolate eggs that were placed on the bedroom windowsill. I gave these gnawed eggs to the front desk. The staff member was shocked and did not know what to say. "Alejandro, the front staff, was fantastic. He gave us a good recommendation about Liege. However, there were road constructions all over the city. Not a nice time to visit Liege."

"Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Baguettes. Freundliches Personal, aber leider keine Verständigung in Deutsch. Sauberes Zimmer, aber sehr kleines Bett für 2 und sehr kleines Waschbecken. Der Föhn könnte mal wieder gereinigt werden. Nur ein TV Sender in Deutsch. Ansonsten aber sehr zufrieden."
