"Stayed for one night, family of four. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we stepped through the main door of the building. Were greeted with a big welcome in the cosy and beautiful lounge. House was very clean. Staff were wonderful, friendly and gone out of their way to serve us. They lived up to their standards of "from home to home" saying. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Thank you."

"Great Sleep! Hotel parking easy, right in front of the hotel, you can purchase a parking permit from the hotel or pay via your phone. 5-minute walk to loads of fantastic restaurants. 10-minute walk to the pier along the beach front. Hotel room was large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, TV had a great selection of channels to watch from, had a great sleep! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great value for money! "

"The room and the bath room , and tha Hotel is very clean and tidy.👍 The bed is comfortable. The furnishings and furniture are in perfect condition. 👍 All electronic devices work. "I have stayed here a few times and have always had a good stay. The staff are very friendly, and the food is very good and the rooms have everything you need. I was asked if I wanted to change my room when I arrived as the one I booked had a bath and another room was free with a shower, this was done without me asking, although I was not fussed but changed rooms anyway."

"Great location close to promenade and theatres, spotlessly clean and a very spacious room with king-size bed. Good breakfast. We just stayed one night to attend an event and will happily return. Very good value. Be aware that the parking permit supplied by the hotel does not cover the spaces in Howard Square - there were valid spaces on the seafront a short walk away but it would have been great if the hotel had been able to supply a map of these."

"Solo trip post hiking the Seven Sister's Cliffs. A beautiful and calm place to go to after a challenging hike. My room had a gorgeous view of the English Channel and the entire room and bathroom felt like you were staying in a top spa accommodation. Breakfast was of an array of nice choices. I will come again with my family!"

"The bedroom was a wonderful, quirky room; spotlessly clean with the worlds most comfortable bed and pillows. We had a great couple of nights sleep in this quiet room. Although my preference is a shower the bathroom had a large corner bath which was good. The only slight downside was the rather noisy macerator fitted on the wastewater. The breakfast choice was excellent. The food was freshly made and very tasty. We had an evening meal one night which was also excellent. The presentation and...
