"This establishment was not even habitable due to cockroach infestation. An exterminator was at the property when we pulled up, and after taking pictures of the cockroaches in our room that the front desk person acknowledged had been an ongoing problem, they refused to allow me to speak with a manager in person or via phone and denied me a refund for the room I couldn’t stay in. "Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stores nearby if you need things you forgot or need. Nice park across the road to sit and relax, Hotel sits near the train tracks, but hardly any noise from the trains. Can get some very nice pictures of the trains if your interested."

"I booked this room last minute after driving all night and being unable to stay at the first hotel I booked due to cockroaches there. I called WYE and they let me check into my room early to shower and sleep. The owners are so kind and helpful, the facility is very clean and well-kept, and I will definitely be staying here again if I’m in the area!"

"Our whole hallway smelled like marijuana smoke. I did let the front desk know, and they did offer to move us. However, it was pretty easy to tell where the smell was coming from, and I fell that if the policy is NO SMOKING in the rooms, then they should be told to smoke outside. I have a child with severe asthma and a missing lung. They should be made to quit smoking INSIDE, instead of my family of 5 having to pack up and move. Otherwise, we got what we paid for."

"Staff didn't do anything about the problems with this hotel. The fridge didn't close was filled with ice. Then the first room no hot water. We told staff just change us rooms please. Pool that was supposed to be heated was not. Got a king suite for my honeymoon and wedding day and they barely have 5 channels on the TV. Don't think it was a king size bed either. Staff was rude, felt uncomfortable. Don't complain about anything or they make u feel not wanted. We stay at a lot of hotels and motels...
