We stayed in the Dixie cottage. It was very nice and clean. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool and hot tub was great. We had a nice continental breakfast every morning. If you like to walk it is in walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. We had a great time.

We had an absolutely wonderful getaway weekend! Could not recommend this property more! Fresh, clean, modern, cute, amenities & little touches! Walking distance to all the shopping & dining! Quaint beautifully clean and charming cottages. Comfortable beds. Easy gas fire pits. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub facing Kalamazoo River. Quiet but a quick walk into everything town has to offer in shopping, dining, entertainment and views. Love the Halloween lights in October. Grounds are kept to perfection. Awesome Experience

Loved an off peak night to stay and enjoy this thoughtfully renovated property. Was there for only 16 hours or so, but in summary.....evening sunset with an awesome gas firepit, spa like shower, restful play and sleep in the privacy of our own cottage, morning sunrise with same firepit, breakfast in shared space that is stunning and comfortable, followed by morning swim in the perfect temp pool, then hot tub to relax sore spots. Overall, and awesome experience.
