They definitely could use a decent handyman - little stuff like a broken door handle, broken drain on the tub, broken toilet paper holder, drywall tape coming off the walls, the PTAC unit had no foam seal on it, so there was quite a draft on a cold night. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything about this hotel was clean. I was particularly impressed with Joe they continued to clean the breakfast area. Our room was large and comfortable. Very clean. We stayed for a long weekend. Will stay here sign in our next trip up.

Great stay. First family trip with my little girl who is 2yr old and she loved here water park, whirlpool bath! We will come back again ;) btw staffs are so nice👍
