"Terrible Room smelled awful I open up the window left came back smell still there smell like butt and feet the chair was disgusting I had to stay in my son dorm room for the night I complain no accommodation the hotel looks nothing like the pictures need to be torn down Never again everyone deserve better no matter who you is"

The rooms are awesome, always clean, comfortable beds, staff is great & we always enjoy the breakfasts (there is quite a bit to choose from....hot & cold....and they're good about keeping it well stocked). There's tons of parking & it's in a safe/beautiful area."

"Second time we stayed here. This was the half way point of our trip and they allowed us to have our dog stay with us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and kind. The Mexican restaurant was really good and not expensive. It’s not a luxury resort, but you get a lot for the price."

"I had a broken shower. I was told the hotel was full as it was graduation weekend. That the manager would call me Monday. I never received a call so I called her. She said the shower head worked fine and that I was lying. I would never recommend staying there."

"The fire alarm was set off by someone vaping in the bathroom within minutes of us arriving to our 3rd floor room. Having a baby in his stroller was an issue because of needing to take the stairs. I am sure there are signs but maybe make them bigger so people know not to smoke inside. Coffee maker did not work. Everything else was great. Loved the shower!"

"I wouldn’t call this “breakfast” there was a few danishes, orange and apple juice. I got this place with “breakfast included” so my 1.5 year old could have some milk and options for breakfast. I had to ask for milk because they did not have it available. The muffins and danishes were from a box, pretty sure frozen. Our room was OK, the bathroom stunk like spaghettio’s and sewer. The bathtub was gross and we did not even shower. We did talk to the staff at the front desk and she just said ok … we will never book here again. "
