Isabelle, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are slowly getting back to our maintence program as the Xmas break has effected availability of some trades and access to safe work platforms to get to the screens. Happy to hear our staff performed well and the kitchen has just had a new chef arrive to assist in the timing in there. Extra staff have been put on to get back on top of housekeeeping. I appologise it wasn't in place during your stay.

Understand that this a issue for some off our guests and the basic information is hard to get into the description on this website. I have our Head Office Accomodation Manager looking into improving our overview to ensur all guests understand before booking that there are only shared Bathrooms for all rooms EXCEPT Room 5.

Agee, Having it looked into as Booking doesn't have an easier option to explain this other than the room description in to advertised room rate. Will have it fixed up next week once i work out how do it. New manager.
