"Mussten auf Boden schlafen, da betten sehr unbequem und lose, Türen sehr laut, Frühstück sehr teuer, Personal schlecht deutschsprachig"

"Very friendly welcome by hotel staff, fast check-in and convenient parking on site. Carpeting shows lots of staining in the upper floors. A big positive surprise was the rich continental breakfast which made for great starts every morning."

"Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber, Bad war sehr schön und praktisch gestaltet, warmes Wasser kam sofort, sehr freundliche Rezeption, Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich."

"War soweit ganz okay. Das Hotel ist alles auf einer eben neben / auf dem Ringcenter (Kaufhaus). Die Wege nach unten waren dann gerade als Raucher etwas weit"

"👍"

"Will come here again."

"First time visit to Berlin. The hotel has very good location. Very walkable and easy access to public transportation. Room is clean and well maintained. "

"Good service; helpful staff; excellent breakfast buffet inclusive."

"Frühstück war auch sehr gut 👍"

"Clean and practical, very central location, for a very fair price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel can be difficult to find - different adresses and the name on the building isn’t the same as on expedia."

"The location suited me, given the areas I wanted to visit. Because it’s a short walk to the station getting the train from and to the airport is a synch. Also getting around Berlin City Centre was very easy. Checking in and out was very efficient, if not over friendly. Room was perfect for me as I was travelling solo. Perfect for my stay. There were food outlets and a supermarket at the train station. Room was kept very clean and tidy during my stay. Would definitely come back."

"Excellent stay for five days, great room service, wonderful breakfast buffet, very clean rooms, friendly and pleasant front desk staff."
